- Build and refine HR processes and people practices that are efficient, compliant, and scalable

Requirements

- 10–15+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner




- Experience in high-growth startups or quick-paced organizations, preferably Ecommerce companies
- Strong experience in leadership hiring and talent strategy
- Expertise in performance management and organizational effectiveness
- Experience in manager enablement, coaching, and employee engagement
- Strong understanding of organizational design and workforce planning
- Experience building scalable HR processes and people practices
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Passion for building high-performing organizations from the ground up
