Role Description The Reporter role at Vertex IT Services is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the Reporter will research, investigate, and gather information related to technology, business, and industry developments, and produce clear, accurate news stories and reports.

Daily responsibilities include conducting interviews, verifying facts, monitoring relevant news sources, and creating written and multimedia content suitable for digital platforms and internal publications. The Reporter will collaborate with editors, content teams, and subject matter experts to develop compelling story angles, meet strict deadlines,



and maintain high editorial standards. The role also involves adapting content for different formats, ensuring consistent style and tone, and adhering to ethical reporting practices.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Reporting and News Writing, with the ability to produce accurate, timely, and engaging stories.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including interviewing, information gathering, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient Writing skills for clear, concise, and audience-appropriate content.
- Experience with Multimedia content creation, such as basic video, audio, or visual storytelling for digital platforms.
- Ability to conduct thorough research, verify information, and maintain high ethical and journalistic standards.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment in Noida and collaborating within cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in reporting, newsroom environments, or technology/business journalism is an advantage.
