About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Release Manager to lead the complete software release lifecycle across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps and Client Delivery teams.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with UK-based insurance companies or insurance products and should have a strong understanding of insurance technology, product delivery and release management processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the complete release lifecycle from planning through deployment and post-release monitoring.
- Create and maintain release plans, schedules, milestones and dependencies.
- Ensure releases are delivered on time with minimal disruption.
- Track release readiness and proactively identify risks and bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Architecture and Client Delivery teams.
- Facilitate sprint planning, release reviews and cross-functional meetings.
- Communicate release timelines, progress, risks, blockers and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
- Prepare release notes, status reports and executive-level updates.
- Monitor sprint execution and track progress against release commitments.
- Manage release planning across multiple sprints and teams.
- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies.
- Drive continuous improvement in release management processes, governance and communication.

Mandatory Requirements
- 15 years of experience in Release Management,



Technical Delivery or Program Management.
- Must have professional experience working with UK-based insurance companies, insurance products or insurance technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of insurance domain processes and products.
- Robust experience in Agile/Scrum-based product development environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and software release management.
- Proven experience managing multiple parallel releases.
- Strong risk, dependency and escalation management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively across Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, DevOps and Client Delivery teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
