Role Description The Relationship Officer role at ABC - Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune District. In this role, the Relationship Officer will build and manage relationships with existing and potential customers, understand their housing finance needs, and recommend appropriate loan products and solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing new business through direct sales and channel partners, conducting customer meetings,



explaining product features and terms, and assisting customers through the loan application and documentation process. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for credit processing, disbursement, and post-disbursement support, while ensuring high standards of customer service and adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

The Relationship

Officer will work towards achieving assigned sales targets, tracking market trends, and contributing to branch-level business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Business Relationship Management skills to develop, maintain, and grow long-term customer and partner relationships.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge to understand housing finance products, credit principles, and loan processing requirements.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including transparent verbal and written communication and effective interpersonal abilities.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle queries, resolve issues, and provide a positive, qualified customer experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, with the ability to meet or exceed business targets.
- Relevant experience in housing finance, banking, or financial services sales is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail, local market awareness, and proficiency in basic computer applications
