Rather than beginning with “Which mutual fund?”, we begin by understanding the investor—their objectives, circumstances, investment background and risk profile—and then help them move towards suitable mutual fund investments.
What will you do?
As a Relationship Manager – AWAKEN, you will progressively learn to manage the complete client journey:
You will work closely with the founders and back office while receiving continuous training in the AWAKEN methodology, mutual funds, personal finance, client communication and relationship management.
We would love to meet you if you:
- Enjoy meeting people and developing new relationships
- Are comfortable with prospecting and business development
- Listen well and have a genuine desire to understand clients
- Communicate confidently and can explain things simply
- Have a strong interest in mutual funds and personal finance
- Are willing to learn continuously and take ownership
- Believe in building long-term client relationships rather than short-term transactions
Experience in mutual fund distribution, banking, financial services, relationship management or business development would be practical.
CFP or relevant education in personal finance/investments is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
Applicable NISM/AMFI requirements will need to be fulfilled before undertaking relevant mutual fund distribution activities.
