Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Relationship Manager – Distress Resolution to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and a keen interest in debt resolution, loan restructuring, and distressed asset management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Engagement: Initiate and maintain communication with potential leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Appointment Scheduling: Arrange and schedule meetings for the sales manager with potential clients or partners.
- Callback Generation: Ensure follow-ups are made and callbacks are generated as per the manager's requirements.
- Channel Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to generate leads and appointments.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports detailing the status of leads, appointments, and other key metrics.
- Lead Generation: Work closely with channel partners and other sources to generate new leads for the sales team.
- Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills, especially in English, to effectively engage with clients and partners.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in tele calling, telesales, or a related role.
- Communication Skills: Must have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems is preferred.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organization: High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
