Relationship Manager – International Recruitment

- Sales & Lead Conversion – Work on qualified leads provided by Attend Jobs International and convert prospective candidates into successful international job placements.
- Complete Candidate Onboarding – Take responsibility for the complete candidate onboarding journey, including counselling, follow-ups, registration, documentation coordination, and process updates.




- Candidate Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide consistent communication and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Work From Home – Fully remote role focused on sales, candidate communication, follow-ups, and conversion. Solid communication and relationship-building skills are required.
- Performance-Based Earnings – This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with no fixed salary. High-performing Relationship Managers can earn up to ₹1,00,000+ per month, based on successful closures and performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
