Role Description The Relationship Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur.

The Relationship

Executive will manage and grow relationships with clients, understand their hiring and staffing needs, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver suitable talent solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include regular client communication, follow-ups on open positions, maintaining client records, and ensuring timely resolution of client queries. The role also involves supporting business development activities, preparing basic reports and updates,



and contributing to a positive client experience through proactive and qualified service.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management and customer service abilities, with a focus on building trust and long-term partnerships.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to present information clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes, such as candidate coordination, follow-ups, and status tracking.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and CRM or tracking systems) to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Ability to work on-site in Nagpur, manage multiple client requirements, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Business, HR, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in client-facing, sales support, or HR roles will be an advantage, though motivated entry-level candidates may also be considered.
