Corporate Relationship Management

- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations and CSR stakeholders.
- Identify potential CSR partners, donors, and funding opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with corporate representatives and decision-makers.

CSR & Fundraising

- Support fundraising campaigns and CSR partnership initiatives.
- Prepare and present compelling CSR proposals, presentations, and partnership documents.
- Assist in proposal submissions, grant applications, and corporate engagement activities.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Represent the organization professionally during corporate meetings, networking events, and conferences.
- Maintain regular communication with existing CSR partners and donors.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and long-term relationship management.

Coordination & Documentation

- Coordinate internally with program teams to gather project updates and impact reports.
- Maintain accurate records of corporate interactions, proposals, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management.





Business Development

- Research CSR trends, funding opportunities, and corporate engagement strategies.
- Explore current avenues for strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Contribute ideas to enhance donor engagement and organizational visibility.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for social impact and community development.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
