Provide anesthesia services in OT including pre-anesthetic assessment, intra-operative management, and post-operative care

Manage critically ill patients in SICU including ventilator management, sedation, analgesia, and hemodynamic monitoring

Assist consultants during major, complex, and emergency surgeries

Perform airway management, intubation, central line insertion, arterial lines, and regional anesthesia under supervision

Monitor patients during anesthesia recovery and ensure secure handover to SICU/ward teams

Manage pain protocols, epidurals, and post-operative analgesia plans

Respond to code blue, emergency resuscitation, and trauma calls

Maintain accurate anesthesia records, SICU notes, and clinical documentation

Ensure compliance with OT/SICU safety protocols, NABH standards, and infection control practices

Participate in audits, academic sessions, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives Qualifications Education: Must be MBBS, MD (Anesthesiology) with KMC registration Experience: A min of 1 year experience post MD in a good hospital. Must have skills Anesthesia
