Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Role Description

Ø The Regional Service Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing service operations within an assigned region.

Ø This position manages service teams, coordinates daily service activities, and ensures timely resolution of client issues.

Ø The role includes building strong client relationships, preparing regular performance reports, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align service delivery with business objectives.

Ø This position also involves mentoring team members, handling escalations, and supporting strategic planning for regional service growth. Drive innovative customer satisfaction /retention programs to deliver greater Customer Delight Index





Ø Lead the implementation of any new initiatives required to improve dealerships' operations and customer experience.

Ø Provide overall guidance to the regional service team for the effective implementation of service strategy and performance.

Ø Be the custodian of the overall P&L; management of the region.

Ø Liaison with TML Service Officials.

Ø Drive periodic service process audits to assess service quality in the units and initiate improvement actions as required.

Ø Authorise of disposal of scrap and used oil as per internal circular from HO, also arrange disposal of Hazardous waste.

Ø Monitor Creditors & debtors with in approved limit.

Ø Oversee the deployment and utilization of assets

Qualifications

Ø Minimum 15 years of experience in Vehicle Service Industry, with a minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with any leading automobile dealership.

Ø Must be a graduate or diploma holder.

Ø Age below 50 years is preferred.

Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to present reports and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

Ø **Familiarity with Commercial Segment Vehicles is a mandate requirement*.

Ø CTC: 20 lakhs to 25 lakhs (Flexible subject to candidates)
