Objective: Spearhead local growth for Promaize compound cattle feeds and nutrition products. Expand dealer distribution, and penetrate large-scale commercial dairy farms while enforcing tight financial discipline.

Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Dairy Technology, or Business Administration.

- 5+ years of experience in cattle feed or veterinary sales.

- Proven record of handling sales volume and managing a dealer network.

- Robust understanding of dairy nutrition science

Key Responsibilities

- Channel Expansion: Build and execute the dealer network expansion plan; recruit, vet, and onboard regional feed distributors and retail ag-dealers across assigned dairy belts.

- Credit & Risk Management:



Enforce strict payment cycle protocols and collect mandatory security cheques during dealer onboarding prior to account activation to maintain zero credit defaults.

- Institutional / Large Dairy Direct Sales: Personally pitch and secure direct supply contracts with large commercial dairy farms (50+ herd size) using feed ROI demonstrations and scientific ration-balancing comparisons.

- Demand Generation ("Pull" Marketing): Organise hyper-local farmer meetings, product trial demonstrations, and regional brand-building activities to drive retail demand.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
