Role & responsibilities To manage, track, and optimize utilization of company-owned deep freezer assets across the assigned territory, ensuring maximum productivity, proper maintenance, and compliance with company standards to support ice cream sales growth. Deep freezers are a critical asset in ice cream business due to cold chain dependency and require strict monitoring and maintenance for product quality and distribution efficiency

Work closely with Sales team for outlet expansion and freezer utilization

Analyze low-performing assets and recommend redeployment

- Maintain the Asset data in Digital Apps.
- Need to follow the SOPs at the time of all the transactions (Location Transfers, New Placements, Redeployment, Repair & Maintenance & Scrape)
- All the asset movement through proper channel / with approvals
- Proper documentation has to be done before delivering the asset.
- Digit & Loggers (GPS) Data to be checked on day to day bases
- Asset spares data to be maintain
- All the third party payment documents with proper approvals only
- Disposals of the scrap with proper guidelines (Certify the asset condition with third party)




- Market Asset miss utilization practices to be controlled and brought to the notice of the reporting authority as well as to Sales team.
- Asset Audit has to be done from time to time.
- Coordinate with the sales team, purchase &retailer; for freezers repair.
- Ensure Adherence to ISO/Audit guidelines
- Attend the complaints in time & ensure the complaint rectification time.
- Maintain cordial relationships with Channel partners / Retailers / Agents.
- At the time of asset movement proper approval has to be taken to claim the transport expenses.
- Maintain the complaint register
- Update the complaint feedback to the respective reporting authority
- Tag nos has to fix at the time of New Asset dispatch
- Maintain the go down and keep the asset in a secure
- At the time of asset dispatch prepare the dispatch note
- Not to dispatch the asset without documents
- After asset placement, I need to visit and locate and educate the retailer / Agent.
- Track record of the service invoices,warranty records & purchase invoices

Preferred candidate profile

- Mandatory exp., in Ice cream / frozen foods / FMCG in Cold chain / refrigeration / asset management
- Experience in handling deep freezer assets / refrigeration equipment is mandatory
- Exposure to distribution / retail network management
- Inventory & asset control
