We are looking for a talented Regional Business Operations Lead to join our dedicated team at our office in Vikhroli, Mumbai.

Position Responsibilities

Business Operations & Strategy

Partner with regional leadership to develop and execute business strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Drive operational planning and forecasting across the region.

Translate strategic priorities into actionable operational plans and measurable outcomes.

Support business reviews and strategic initiatives

Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement

Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvement initiatives.

Lead standardization and optimization efforts across regional operations.

Drive automation and digitization opportunities to improve productivity and service delivery.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance frameworks, and operational standards.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Projects, Business Development, Project Controls, Finance, and HR.

Serve as a trusted advisor to regional leaders on operational priorities and business decisions.

Facilitate alignment between regional and global teams to achieve business objectives.

Manage communications related to operational updates, initiatives, and business performance.

Program & Project Management

Lead regional projects and transformation initiatives from planning through execution.

Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.





Coordinate resources and stakeholders to drive timely project completion.

Provide regular progress updates to leadership teams.

Governance & Compliance

Ensure adherence to regional and organizational operating procedures.

Support audit readiness and compliance requirements.

Establish governance models and reporting mechanisms for key business initiatives.

Monitor operational risks and implement mitigation plans.

Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field.

5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Strategy, Consulting, or related functions.

Experience supporting regional or multi-country operations.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.
