- Drive sales and achieve assigned business targets for the respective territory/region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, doctors, clinics, and key accounts
- Drive product promotion and ensure effective implementation of sales strategies
- Develop and expand the customer base across the assigned territory
- Ensure regular market coverage and strong territory management
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities
- Work closely with regional and leadership teams to drive business growth
- Ensure effective execution of company initiatives and product launches

- Experience in Pharma / Dermatology / Skincare / Healthcare sales
- Strong understanding of doctor and clinic engagement
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Good knowledge of the assigned market and territory
- Solid communication, relationship-building, and execution skills
- Candidates with experience in dermatology or prescription skincare will be preferred
