What you'll do: Drive regional agency sales and achieve business targets Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers and sales teams Recruit and build high-performing agency teams Improve business quality, policy renewals, and customer experience Monitor branch performance and implement growth strategies Requirements: 15+ years of experience in the Life Insurance industry Minimum 9+ years in a leadership/people management role Robust experience in the Agency Channel Graduate (MBA preferred) Excellent leadership, business development, and team management skills
