Role Description The Reel/Video Editor will manage the end-to-end editing of short-form and long-form video content, including social media reels, brand videos, and campaign materials.

Responsibilities include assembling raw footage, selecting impactful clips, applying transitions, color grading, and integrating motion graphics to create engaging visual stories aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines. The role involves close collaboration with the creative, copy, and strategy teams to refine concepts, incorporate feedback, and deliver polished content on schedule.



This is a full-time hybrid role based in Indore, with flexibility for some work-from-home days depending on project needs and team coordination.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing.

Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and impact.

Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for creating dynamic and visually engaging content.

Proficiency in industry-standard editing software.

Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and an understanding of social media and digital content trends.

Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a creative team workplace.

Relevant experience in agency, media, or production settings; a strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating editing and motion work.

Preferred qualification: diploma or degree in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. PORTFOLIO LINK MANDATORY FOR CONSIDERATION. (In absence of a portfolio, a sample of 5-6 well edited videos should be fine too)
