ROLE OBJECTIVE/PURPOSE

- Implement and use the designed sampling process.
- To perform transactional quality in the given TAT.
- Monitor process quality check audits
- Ensure that the QA process meets the ISO Compliance
- Assist the Operations team in the customer compliant & resolution process for the team.




- Develop and maintain Client and internal stakeholder relationship
- Drive best practice/idea sharing
- Preparation of Quality Standard Documentation for the process and update it on a regular basis with regards to any changes
- Conducting effective Quality sessions to enhance quality
- Support in YB or GB projects
- Highlight any potential risk or exceptions in the process.
- Leading client calls.

- Perform Quality checks for the number of samples agreed with agreed TAT
- Timely resolution of client queries
- Highlight any key exceptions or severe alerts
- Drive Continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure that the QA process meets the ISO Compliance
- Attend Training as per BPET roadmap for self-development
- Ensure completion of the Internal and External Calibration sessions

Job Location- Bangalore -WFO only

Shift- US shift (5:30pm to 2:30am)
