- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, sales, manufacturing, plant, and support functions across multiple levels.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, social media, and networking channels.

- Conduct candidate screening, preliminary assessments, interview scheduling, and coordination with stakeholders.

- Ensure timely closure of open positions within agreed turnaround time (TAT).

- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.

- Manage recruitment vendors and consultants, including negotiations, performance tracking, and relationship management.

- Drive stakeholder engagement by providing regular hiring updates, market intelligence, and recruitment insights.

- Prepare and maintain Recruitment MIS, dashboards, and periodic hiring reports.

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-joining ratio, and closure rates.

- Develop and present recruitment review decks, manpower planning reports, and leadership presentations.

- Coordinate offer rollouts, salary negotiations,



and candidate onboarding support.

- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

- Support employer branding initiatives through job fairs, campus drives, and social media platforms.

- Continuously improve recruitment processes, SOPs, and hiring efficiencies.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, recruitment processes, and documentation standards.

Profile Expected

- Strong experience in end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment operations.

- Exposure to Manufacturing, Dairy, FMCG, or Food Processing industry hiring preferred.

- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.

- Hands-on experience in vendor management and consultant coordination.

- Strong analytical skills with expertise in recruitment MIS and reporting.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced workplace.

- Strong ownership mindset and result-oriented approach.
