We're looking for a Recruiter who will own end-to-end Sales Hiring, partnering closely with business leaders to identify, attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent. From sourcing candidates to closing offers, you'll play a key role in scaling one of our fastest-growing teams.

Whether you're a fresher looking to build a career in Talent Acquisition or someone with up to a year of experience, this role offers unmatched ownership and learning in a high-growth startup.

What you'll work on

- Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for Sales roles—from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other hiring channels.
- Conduct HR screening interviews and assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, documentation, and candidate follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Plan and execute walk-in drives, campus hiring programs, and large-scale recruitment campaigns.




- Maintain recruitment trackers, HRMS, and hiring dashboards with high data accuracy.
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and improve hiring turnaround time.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Who we're looking for

- 0–1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Fresh graduates who are passionate about Recruitment and HR are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to multitask.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people and building relationships.

What we're looking for

- Fresh graduates who are passionate about Talent Acquisition are encouraged to apply. Freshers will begin with a paid 3-month internship/training period and transition into a full-time Recruiter role based on performance.
- 0–1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (internship experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Someone who enjoys talking to people and building meaningful relationships.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven startup workplace.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to take ownership from Day 1.
