Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with strong hands-on experience in the Interior Fit-Out and Façade industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for corporate, technical, and site-level positions across India.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the talent market within the interior, façade, construction, and design & build sectors and should be capable of handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, referrals, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand manpower requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies for different positions.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, industry experience, project exposure, location, salary expectations, and notice period.
- Conduct telephonic/HR screening and coordinate technical and management interviews.
- Recruit candidates for both corporate and project/site-level positions.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Department Heads, and Management regarding hiring requirements.




- Handle multiple vacancies across Noida, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Bhuj, and other project locations across India.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining timelines with selected candidates.
- Ensure regular follow-up with candidates until joining.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring reports to management.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical and project professionals for current and future requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 -5 years of recruitment experience.
- Mandatory experience in Interior Fit-Out and Façade industry recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technical and project/site-level hiring.
- Proven experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and hiring deadlines simultaneously.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment MIS.
- Strong follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with hands-on recruitment experience specifically in the Interior Fit-Out and Façade industry will be preferred.
- Should have a strong network of candidates in the interior, façade, construction, MEP, and Design & Build sectors.
- Should have experience hiring for both corporate and site/project positions.
- Should be comfortable handling Pan-India recruitment and project-based hiring.
- Should be target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
