We're looking for a highly experienced and strategic Recruitment Manager to lead our international and domestic talent acquisition operations across multiple global markets. This is a leadership position for a results-driven professional ready to make a measurable impact at a truly international scale.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define, lead, and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies across GCC, UK, Norway, Australia, Canada, USA, Malaysia & Europe.
- Take full ownership of recruitment operations across Healthcare, Engineering, IT, Oil & Gas sectors.
- Build, coach, and manage a high-performing team of recruiters, ensuring consistent delivery against KPIs, and quality benchmarks
- Cultivate and sustain senior-level client relationships, acting as a trusted talent partner to decision-makers and hiring managers
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support
- Drive advanced sourcing strategies through LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, and talent pipeline development
- Implement and optimise Zoho systems to improve team productivity and data accuracy




- Deliver regular reporting on recruitment metrics, pipeline health, revenue contribution, and team performance to senior leadership
- Ensure full compliance with immigration laws, visa regulations, and employment legislation across all international markets
- Lead training, mentoring, and performance development initiatives for junior and mid-level recruitment professionals
- Contribute to business development by identifying new client opportunities and expanding existing accounts

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
- 5 years in recruitment with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity
- Demonstrable experience in international recruitment across GCC, UK, Norway, Australia, Canada, USA, Malaysia & Europe.
- Sector expertise in Healthcare, Engineering, IT or Oil & Gas, etc..
