This is not a traditional recruitment role. You'll partner closely with founders and hiring managers to attract some of the best engineering and business talent across India and international markets while helping position Nava as an employer of choice in the AI infrastructure ecosystem.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition

- Own end-to-end recruitment across technical, business, and leadership roles.
- Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
- Headhunt niche talent across AI infrastructure, cloud, engineering, product, supply chain, and corporate functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer closure and onboarding.
- Build talent communities for future hiring needs across multiple geographies.

Employer Branding
- Drive Nava's employer branding strategy across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Work closely with founders and leaders to build their professional brand through thought leadership and hiring content.
- Create engaging recruitment campaigns, employee stories, and culture content.
- Partner with internal teams to showcase Nava's engineering work, product journey, and company milestones.
- Manage careers page content, recruitment marketing initiatives, and employer branding assets.
- Build relationships with universities, communities, and industry networks to strengthen Nava's talent brand.

Recruitment Operations




- Track and improve recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, and hiring funnel conversion.
- Continuously improve hiring processes, interview frameworks, and recruitment SOPs.
- Work with external search partners and recruitment agencies when required.
- Ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

What We’re Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in startups or high-growth technology companies.
- Robust experience hiring engineering, product, and business roles through direct sourcing and headhunting.
- Demonstrated experience building talent pipelines for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques.
- Experience driving employer branding initiatives, social media campaigns, or recruitment marketing.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong sense of ownership.
- Experience hiring across multiple geographies is a strong advantage.

Nice to Have
- Experience hiring for AI, cloud, infrastructure, SaaS, or deep-tech companies.
- Exposure to global hiring across APAC, Europe, or North America.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as PyjamaHR, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar.
