We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Recruiter to join one of our growing clients.

? Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, databases, and other channels
- Screen candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate and coordinate offers with selected candidates
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
- Achieve monthly recruitment and joining targets

? What We’re Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition




- Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn are welcome
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong follow-up and persuasion abilities
- Comfortable working with recruitment targets
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other sourcing platforms is an advantage
- Strong ownership, discipline, and willingness to learn

? Compensation
- ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
