About The Role We are seeking an experienced Semiconductor Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. Qualifications The successful candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the semiconductor or related industries. A deep understanding of semiconductor engineering roles, terminology, and industry trends is essential.



Candidates should demonstrate proven success in sourcing niche technical talent and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and candidate databases is required. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent recruiting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities Source, identify, and recruit semiconductor professionals across various technical domains, including design, verification, firmware, hardware, and process engineering.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified semiconductor engineering candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements and develop tailored sourcing strategies.

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiations.

Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific job boards, networking events, and internal databases to identify and engage potential candidates.

Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate technical skills, experience, and project background, ensuring alignment with role requirements.





Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within ATS/CRM systems for effective pipeline management.

Develop and nurture strong relationships with candidates and clients to facilitate smooth hiring processes and foster long-term partnerships.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies within the semiconductor sector to better inform sourcing strategies.
