About the Role

SyncUp is looking for a motivated and people-oriented Hiring Intern to support our internal recruitment and talent acquisition efforts. You will work closely with the HR and founding team to source candidates, manage job postings, screen applications, and help build SyncUp's growing team. Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, SyncUp) and social media

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

- Draft and post job descriptions across relevant platforms

- Maintain and update candidate databases and hiring trackers

- Communicate with candidates through the hiring process from application to offer





- Assist in onboarding new hires — documentation, orientation, and setup

- Research and suggest new sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates

- Support employer branding initiatives to position SyncUp as a great place to work

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English

- Familiarity with job portals — Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, or similar

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously

- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and people-first mindset

- Interest in HR tech, AI hiring platforms, and startup environments
