Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Hyderabad. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers. The role involves drafting and posting job advertisements, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring timely communication with applicants.

The Recruiter will collaborate closely with leadership and department heads to understand workforce needs, support onboarding processes, and maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.



The position also requires adherence to company policies and applicable labor regulations, while promoting a positive candidate experience and the organization’s employer brand.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, with experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, and collaborate across departments to understand role requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to present opportunities clearly and maintain professional, inclusive candidate interactions.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and basic office productivity tools for documentation and reporting.
- Knowledge of standard recruitment practices, basic labor laws, and ethical hiring principles that support a non-discriminatory workplace.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced workplace while meeting hiring timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior recruiting experience in manufacturing, polymers, chemicals, or related industries is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Hyderabad and engaging with teams across different locations within the group’s global operations.
