Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates professionally
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
- Maintain visitor records and manage appointments/meeting schedules
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication
- Manage courier, dispatch, and office correspondence
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Support basic administrative and HR coordination activities
- Handle office supplies and inventory requirements




- Ensure a positive first impression of the organization

Requirements
- Graduate or Undergraduate with relevant experience
- 0–2 years of experience as a Receptionist / Front Desk Executive
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and professional personality
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure professionally
