We're looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an in-office sales role where you'll work with qualified client leads and assigned real estate projects. Your focus will be on understanding client requirements, guiding them through property options, and ensuring a seamless buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

? Client Relationship Management

- Handle assigned client leads and understand their property requirements.
- Guide clients through available residential and commercial projects.
- Build trust with clients by providing accurate property information and professional consultation.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure a smooth customer journey.

? Sales & Consultation
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales opportunities.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Coordinate meetings and site visits whenever required.




- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process.

? Sales Coordination
- Maintain accurate client records and sales updates.
- Prepare quotations and assist clients throughout the booking process.
- Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

Requirements ✅ Must Have
- Prior experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent sales aptitude.
- Well-organized and capable of managing multiple client interactions.

- Experience handling residential or commercial real estate projects.
- Valuable understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market is an advantage.
