– Real Estate Team Leader
Position: Real Estate Team Leader
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team.
- Drive sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.
- Generate and manage leads while supporting team members in conversions.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships.
- Monitor team performance, provide training, and improve sales productivity.
- Coordinate with management on sales strategies, market updates, and reporting.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with team-handling experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
Location: Sector 74A DLF Corporate Green
Salary: [Salary + Incentives]
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
