Role & responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling, online platforms, references, and other business channels.

Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.

Explain real estate projects, locations, pricing, payment plans, and available inventory.

Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective customers.

Follow up regularly with leads and convert prospects into bookings.

Maintain and update customer/lead details in the CRM.

Build strong relationships with clients and provide professional customer service.

Coordinate with customers, channel partners, developers, and internal teams for smooth booking and documentation.

Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue objectives.

Stay updated about market trends, competitor projects, property prices, and new launches.

Ensure all sales activities are conducted according to company policies and applicable real estate regulations.

Preferred candidate profile





2-3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Property Sales / B2C Sales preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sales mindset.

Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, client meetings, and site visits.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and digital communication tools.

Positive knowledge of the local real estate market will be an advantage.

Candidates who are willing to travel for client meetings and site visits preferred.
