About the Role

We are looking for a Property Consultant for our Real Estate Sales & Client Relationship team

.This is an office-based role handling client inquiries, understanding requirements, suggesting suitable properties, and coordinating site visits and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client calls and inquiries

- Understand budget and requirements
- Suggest suitable residential & commercial projects
- Follow up on leads regularly
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with clients

- Handle objections professionally
- Maintain lead and follow-up records
- Support the sales closing process What
