Role Description The Real Estate Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves sourcing, evaluating, and presenting residential and commercial properties of Dubai and UAE to clients, as well as supporting the end-to-end transaction process.

The Real Estate

Associate will conduct property market research, prepare and review lease and sales documentation, coordinate property visits, and maintain accurate records in internal systems. The role includes building and managing client relationships, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution and high-quality client experiences.



The associate will also assist with basic financial analysis, due diligence, and reporting related to property portfolios and new opportunities.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate markets, including Global Real Estate particularly Dubai Real Estate .

Candidates should possess skills in handling Leases and Real Estate Transactions, including document review and coordination with legal and finance teams.

Candidates should possess familiarity with Real Estate Development concepts, project timelines, and stakeholder coordination.

Candidates should possess client-facing skills, including clear communication, negotiation, and relationship management.

Candidates should possess strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office or similar tools.

Relevant experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or advisory is preferred; exposure to investment or wealth management is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field is preferred.

Ability to work in office in Noida, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively within a team.

Should have strong existing HNIs and WHNIs client base .
