We are looking for enthusiastic and well experienced candidate for post of R&D; Chemis.

- Post: R&D; Chemist Trainee
- Education: M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry)
- Experience: 1 to 2
- Job Location: Factory at, Sojitra , Dist – Anand , Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research to identify new APIs or improve existing ones, keeping abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements
- Design and develop robust formulations for APIs, considering factors such as stability, bioavailability, and manufacturing feasibility
- Optimize manufacturing processes for API synthesis to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards throughout the R&D; process, including the preparation of documentation for regulatory submissions
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
