We are looking for an experienced and technically strong R&D; Executive to join our Research &

- Development team in the refrigerator manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have 7–10 years of experience in refrigerator or home appliance product development, with strong knowledge of design, testing, validation, and product improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and improvement of new and existing refrigerator models.

- Conduct product research, feasibility studies, prototype development, and testing.

- Develop product specifications, technical drawings, and engineering documentation.

- Perform product validation and reliability testing to ensure performance and quality.

- Analyze product failures and conduct root cause analysis for design improvements.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams for successful product development.

- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and product commercialization activities.

- Drive cost reduction, value engineering, and design optimization initiatives.

- Ensure products comply with applicable safety, quality, energy-efficiency, and regulatory standards.

- Manage technical documentation, test reports, and product development records.





- Guide junior R&D; engineers and support technical problem-solving activities.

Requirements:

- Education: B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical, Refrigeration &
- Air Conditioning, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering

- Experience: 7–10 years of relevant experience in Refrigerator/Home Appliance R&D;, Product Development, or Engineering.

- Robust knowledge of refrigerator components, cooling systems, refrigeration cycles, and product development processes.

- Hands-on experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, or AutoCAD.

- Knowledge of product testing, validation, quality standards, and reliability analysis.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.
