About the Opportunity Meenaar Global Consultants LLP is looking for a seasoned and energetic Resident Construction Manager to lead and manage large-scale CGD (City Gas Distribution) projects across India.

If you have strong expertise in Steel, MDPE, and GI pipeline works and proven experience handling multi-site construction projects in a leadership capacity — this is your opportunity to work on prestigious CGD assignments nationwide.

Your Role & Impact

As a Resident Construction Manager, you will:

Lead and supervise day-to-day construction activities across multiple CGD project locations.

Ensure timely, safe, and high-quality execution of Steel, MDPE, and GI pipeline works.

Coordinate closely with contractors, engineers, vendors, and client representatives.

Monitor project schedules, track milestones, and drive performance improvements.

Conduct site inspections and implement strict quality control measures.

Ensure full compliance with PNGRB guidelines, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Manage manpower, resources, and site logistics efficiently.

Prepare and present project progress reports, cost tracking, and risk assessments to management.





Maintain high safety standards and ensure adherence to company and industry protocols.

Who We’re Looking For

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)

✔ Minimum 12+ years of experience in CGD projects (Steel, MDPE, GI)

✔ At least 3+ years in a leadership role (RCM / Project Manager)

✔ Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects

✔ Strong leadership and team management skills

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities

✔ Experience working across multiple project locations

✔ Willingness to travel across India as per project requirements

✔ Strong knowledge of safety compliance and regulatory standards
