Job Responsibility :-

- Manage coal procurement through Linkage, E-Auction, Spot Auction, and other approved sources.
- Monitor coal availability, auction schedules, allocation, and procurement requirements.
- Participate in coal e-auctions and submit bids as per company-approved limits.
- Coordinate with Coal India subsidiaries, mines, agencies, and authorized suppliers.
- Manage linkage documentation, coal allocation, lifting schedules, and quantity commitments.
- Compare coal price, grade, GCV, ash, moisture, freight, and landed cost before procurement.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics teams for timely coal lifting and delivery.
- Monitor auction quantity, bid price, lifting period, payment deadlines, and security deposits.
- Ensure coal quality and quantity as per purchase order and plant requirements.




- Maintain records of linkage allocations, auction purchases, lifting, invoices, and payments.
- Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and management MIS.
- Develop alternative coal sources to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable coal procurement procedures, company policies, and statutory

- Education :- Any bachelor Degree
- Experience :- min. 3 year
