Role Description The Quick Commerce Executive is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area, responsible for driving online sales and brand visibility across quick commerce and delivery platforms. In this role, the executive manages product listings, ensures accurate pricing and inventory, and coordinates with internal teams to maintain stock availability and timely order fulfillment. The position involves monitoring platform performance, analyzing sales data, and implementing promotional campaigns to improve visibility and conversions.

The executive will liaise with platform representatives,



address customer-related queries routed through these channels, and support day-to-day operational tasks to ensure a smooth, efficient online purchasing experience for consumers.

Qualifications

Experience working with quick commerce, e-commerce, or online grocery platforms, including managing listings, pricing, and inventory.

Strong analytical and organizational skills to track performance metrics, manage multiple SKUs, and optimize campaigns.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with operations, sales, and marketing teams.

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, promotions, and merchandising on online platforms.

Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area and manage time-sensitive, detail-oriented tasks.

Prior experience in FMCG, beverage, or health and wellness brands is an advantage.

Comfort with spreadsheets and online dashboards; familiarity with tools used by quick commerce partners is beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
