Role Description The Quality Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur, responsible for overseeing and improving quality standards across clinical and administrative operations. This position involves developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance and quality control processes, policies, and protocols aligned with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

The Quality

Manager conducts regular audits, analyzes performance data, and prepares reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with medical and support teams to design corrective and preventive action plans, leading training on best practices, and ensuring adherence to patient safety guidelines.



The role also includes supporting incident reporting, coordinating root cause analyses, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability throughout the hospital.

Qualifications Demonstrated experience in healthcare quality management, including quality assurance, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong knowledge of hospital accreditation standards, clinical governance, patient safety protocols, and applicable healthcare regulations.

Proficiency in data analysis, auditing, and reporting, with the ability to interpret quality metrics and recommend evidence-based actions.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with medical, nursing, and administrative teams.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.

Experience designing and delivering training programs related to quality, safety, and compliance in a healthcare setting.

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Hospital Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or specialized certification in quality (e.g., CPHQ) is an advantage.

Previous work experience in a hospital or clinical environment, preferably in a quality or compliance-focused role.
