Lead the introduction of GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities to modernize testing processes and accelerate quality engineering transformation.

Key Responsibilities Assess existing testing processes, governance, and System Integration Testing (SIT) practices to identify improvement opportunities. Define and implement Quality Engineering best practices, standards, and testing frameworks. Eliminate redundant test activities and optimize testing effort through risk-based testing approaches.





Identify test coverage gaps and enhance end-to-end business process validation. Review and recommend improvements to automation frameworks, tools, and CI/CD integration. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve testing effectiveness, efficiency, and defect prevention.

Lead adoption of GenAI solutions for test case generation, test data creation, defect analysis, and reporting.

Introduce

Agentic AI capabilities for autonomous test execution, self-healing automation, intelligent test orchestration, and predictive quality insights. Partner with business, delivery, architecture, and QA teams to implement transformation roadmaps and measure quality improvements.

Required Experience Robust Telecom domain experience across BSS/OSS ecosystems. Proven experience in Test Management, SIT, and Quality Engineering transformation. Expertise in testing process improvement, automation strategy, and testing governance. Knowledge of GenAI, Agentic AI, and modern Quality Engineering practices. Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
