? Location: Chakan MIDC, Pune

AIMENGINEERS India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Quality Head to lead our QA/QC function for heavy fabrication, welding and precision machining projects serving global OEMs in the Mining, Construction, Defence and Industrial Equipment sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Quality team.

Drive Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 3834).

Handle customer audits, inspections, NCRs and CAPA.

Ensure quality across fabrication, welding, machining, assembly and painting.

Develop supplier quality and continuous improvement initiatives.

Build a proactive quality culture focused on Right First Time manufacturing.

Preferred Profile

8–15 years of experience in Heavy Fabrication / Machining / Engineering Manufacturing.

Experience with OEMs such as Sandvik, Epiroc,



Caterpillar, Tata Hitachi, Komatsu, Liebherr, Volvo CE, Metso, Valmet, L&T;, John Deere, JCB or similar.

Strong knowledge of Welding, Machining, GD&T;, NDT, ISO 9001, Root Cause Analysis, 8D and CAPA.

Proven leadership and customer-handling skills.
