Project Role : Quality Engineering Lead Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Qualified & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy.

Good To Have Skills: Automated Testing, Micro Focus LoadRunner, Neotys NeoLoad, Gatling, K6 Extension, Client in-built tools.

Strong knowledge of performance testing tools and techniques to evaluate system behavior under various load conditions.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable testing strategies that align with business objectives.

Ability to analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve application performance.

Familiarity with integrating performance testing within continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
