About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Development Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the development and launch of new products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations. This role involves active participation in all phases of product development, from conceptualization to validation, with a focus on risk mitigation, quality assurance, and process improvement.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and supplier quality to drive excellence in product delivery.

Qualifications The candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field. Proven knowledge and experience in product development processes, quality management, and risk assessment are essential. Familiarity with AI applications in engineering is highly desirable.

Robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are critical for success in this role. Prior experience in participating in design reviews, DFMEA, PFMEA, and validation activities will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities Participate actively in all new product development activities from the initial launch stage through to completion. Attend and contribute to design review meetings,



ensuring all quality requirements are thoroughly addressed and integrated into the development process. Review and analyze DFMEA, PFMEA, and Design Validation Plans & Reports (DVP&R;) to identify potential risks and ensure proper mitigation strategies are implemented and tracked until closure.

Oversee supplier quality activities related to new product development, including Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), validation, and process capability studies to ensure supplier compliance and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing lessons learned and addressing quality concerns proactively. Ensure that product and process quality compliance is maintained throughout the development phase, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Lead corrective and preventive actions to resolve any quality issues identified during development, ensuring timely resolution and documentation. Support internal audits and customer-specific PPAP audits to verify compliance and readiness for production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and integration of quality and development activities.

Monitor progress and provide technical guidance to ensure project milestones are met effectively and efficiently.
