About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Development Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our new product launches from conception through to market release. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including R&D;, manufacturing, and supplier quality to uphold the highest standards of quality assurance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in all stages of new product development, conducting thorough reviews and validation activities, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction. A strong understanding of quality management systems, risk mitigation, and industry standards is essential for success in this position.





Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.

Proven knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies.

Familiarity with DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R;, and other validation tools.

Experience in supplier quality activities such as PPAP, validation, and process capability studies.

Knowledge of AI applications in product development and quality assurance is preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities Participate in all new product development activities from launch stage onwards, ensuring quality standards are integrated into every phase.

Attend and contribute to design reviews to ensure all quality requirements are addressed and met.

Review DFMEA, PFMEA, and DVP&R; activities to identify potential risks and ensure appropriate mitigation strategies are implemented.

Identify potential risks during product development and ensure mitigation actions are tracked and closed effectively.

Review supplier quality activities related to new product development, including PPAP, validation,



and process capability studies.

Ensure implementation of lessons learned and promote continual quality improvements across processes.

Ensure product and process quality compliance during development stages, adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Drive corrective and preventive actions for identified quality concerns in new products to prevent recurrence.

Support internal audits and customer PPAP audits to maintain compliance and quality standards.
