About The Company Triomics is a pioneering organization dedicated to transforming oncology clinical research through innovative AI-driven solutions. Our platform leverages advanced artificial intelligence, powered by OncoLLMTM, to automate and streamline the operational aspects of clinical trials, including trial screening, eligibility interpretation, and oncology data abstraction. We partner with leading academic cancer centers and healthcare institutions to enhance the speed, accuracy, and audit-readiness of clinical data, ultimately facilitating faster and more reliable oncology research.

Triomics’ integrated approach ensures seamless compatibility with electronic health records (EHRs) and clinical trial management systems (CTMS), making us a trusted leader in the field of oncology data science and clinical automation.

About The Role The Quality Control Analyst – Clinical Team at Triomics plays a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of data quality within our AI-assisted oncology data abstraction workflows. Positioned as the final review checkpoint, this role involves auditing the outputs generated by Medical Data Abstractors (MDAs) and Senior Medical Data Abstractors (Sr. MDAs).

These abstractors work within sophisticated AI-assisted environments to review, validate, and refine diagnostic, pathology, imaging, and treatment data extracted by our platform. The QC Analyst ensures that all human-reviewed data meet strict protocol and quality standards before finalization, contributing to the integrity and reliability of our clinical datasets. Additionally, the role may involve participating directly in AI output reviews and quality improvement initiatives across multiple projects, aligning with business needs and project scope.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience in oncology clinical data abstraction, clinical research, or related patient-treatment data analysis roles.

Prior experience as a Quality Analyst, QC Reviewer, or Quality Auditor—either in healthcare or clinical research—is highly preferred. Candidates should have strong expertise in oncology, including diagnosis, staging, grading, and systemic therapies, with proven ability to review medical records and validate AI-assisted data against protocol criteria.

Comfort working within AI-assisted workflows and structured clinical data environments is essential, as this role focuses on evaluating corrections made to AI-generated extractions rather than manual data abstraction.

Certifications in Clinical Research or Clinical Data Management are advantageous. Educational qualifications should include a B.Sc. in Nursing, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, MDS, BPharm, or MPharm.

Responsibilities Perform structured quality control reviews of AI-validated oncology data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to protocol standards.

Audit AI-extracted diagnostic findings, pathology reports, imaging interpretations, and treatment records reviewed by MDAs and Sr. MDAs.

Identify and document systematic discrepancies between AI outputs and human corrections, distinguishing errors at the model level from review mistakes.

Provide constructive, actionable feedback to abstractors to enhance their review and correction processes, fostering continuous quality improvement.

Contribute directly to AI data review activities on assigned projects, stepping into abstraction workflows as needed based on project scope or operational demands.

Maintain consistency and high standards across multiple projects,

adapting to different oncology study types and therapeutic areas.

Conduct second-level reviews and participate in benchmarking exercises to evaluate abstractor performance and AI extraction accuracy.

Collaborate with NLP, product, and operations teams to identify quality issues that could impact AI model performance or workflow efficiency.

Support calibration sessions and assist in developing SOPs and QC frameworks tailored to AI-assisted data abstraction environments.

Maintain detailed QC logs, performance metrics, and documentation to monitor quality trends and support continuous process improvements.
