Role Description The Quality Assurance Engineer is a full-time, remote role responsible for ensuring the reliability and quality of mosaic apps’ software solutions. This role involves designing, executing, and maintaining manual test cases for new features, integrations, and releases across mobile and web applications.

The Quality Assurance

Engineer will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and customer-facing teams to identify defects, validate fixes, and improve overall product usability.



Day-to-day tasks include performing regression and functional testing, documenting test results, tracking issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of QA processes and standards.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Quality Assurance and Software Testing skills, with experience applying structured QA methodologies.

Candidates should possess hands-on Test Execution and Manual Testing skills, including running detailed test scenarios across multiple devices and environments.

Candidates should possess the ability to design, document, and maintain explicit and reusable Test Cases that align with product requirements and user workflows.

Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify, reproduce, and clearly document defects.

Experience with issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira or similar) and collaboration with cross-functional agile teams is beneficial.

Familiarity with mobile app testing, API integrations, or association/event-management platforms is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
