The role

We are hiring our first dedicated Quality Assurance Engineer. You will help define and maintain the quality standard for an AI-native SaaS product. Our AI agents work with customer data, ERP configurations, and business-critical workflows.

Your work will go beyond user-interface testing. You will verify that AI agents configure ERPNext correctly, map migrated data accurately, and create workflows that meet customer requirements. You will work closely with the founders and engineering team to build our testing discipline as we grow beyond our first cohort of customers.

What you will do

Create and execute manual and automated test plans for our web application, APIs, and AI-agent workflows.

Evaluate agent outputs for accuracy, reliability, consistency, and compliance with user requirements.

Design test cases for edge cases, ambiguous instructions, and non-deterministic AI behaviour.

Build and maintain regression tests for critical customer journeys.

Reproduce defects and write clear bug reports with evidence and steps to reproduce.

Help establish the QA processes, tools, and quality metrics needed for an early-stage product. What you bring

Required





Prior hands-on QA experience with an AI or AI-powered SaaS product.

Experience with both manual and automated testing of web applications.

Experience testing APIs and end-to-end product workflows.

The ability to evaluate probabilistic AI behaviour, not only deterministic user-interface flows.

Robust analytical skills and the ability to communicate defects clearly.

Preferred

Experience at an early-stage or 0-to-1 startup.

Experience testing AI agents, large-language-model applications, or other generative AI systems.

Experience with ERP systems, data migration, business workflows, or role-based permissions.

Familiarity with test automation, observability tools, and CI/CD workflows. Role details
