QMS Excellence Asst Manager for Injection Moulding /: The "Compliance Architect" and "Process Standardization Specialist" of our plastic injection molding manufacturing facility is the Assistant Manager for Quality Management System /(QMS/). Your main goal is to ensure complete adherence to international standards by developing, overseeing, optimizing, and methodically auditing the plant/-wide Quality Management System. As the "Zero/-Defect Process Guardian," you assume direct, hands/-on responsibility for the corporate Quality Manual, Document Control loops, Corrective and Preventive Actions /(CAPA/), internal and external audit cycles, and Customer Complaint tracking metrics.

This position, which manages reliable business risks like product recalls, significant compliance audit failures, unmapped process modifications on the shop floor, improperly handled supplier quality data, and customer penalty claims owing to chronic molding faults, is the absolute foundation of our market reputation.

Key Duties QMS Framework Governance & Maintenance/:



Ensure that the plant/-wide QMS documentation framework is fully aligned with internal business directives and IATF/ISO standards by supervising, updating, and continually improving it.

Audit Lifecycle Architecture/: Create the yearly calendar for internal audits; guide cross/-functional engineering teams through thorough process and product audits; and act as the primary point of contact for customer and external certification audits. Root/-Cause Diagnosis & CAPA Management/: Oversee thorough investigation loops for customer returns and internal non/-conformances; employ sophisticated quality engineering problem/-solving techniques /(8D, 5/-Why, Fishbone/) to monitor, execute, and verify CAPA efficacy.

Document and Change Control Regulation/: Uphold stringent control over the engineering document modification ecosystem, making sure that all Control Plans, Failure Mode and Effects Analyses /(FMEAs/), and Standard Operating Procedures /(SOPs/) are updated and shared with line/-side teams.
