Job Purpose

- The QRT Lead for Employee Transport is responsible for overseeing and managing the Quick Response Team operations to ensure safe, timely, and productive transportation of employees through approved official transport systems/ cabs in coordination with the Transport Command Center (TCC). The role includes coordinating emergency responses, monitoring routes, addressing real-time issues, and ensuring compliance with transport and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Quick Response Team to monitor and respond to any transport-related issues in real-time in coordination with TCC.
- Ensure 24/7 readiness of the QRT for rapid deployment during emergencies, delays, or route deviations.
- Coordinate with TCC Monitor all employee transport activities through GPS tracking systems and transport management software as used in the system.
- Ensure employee safety during transit, particularly during night shifts and in high-risk zones.
- Respond promptly to safety concerns, incidents, or breakdowns and escalate as necessary in coordination with TCC.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with TCC regarding delays,



route changes, or emergencies.
- Coordinate with TCC for handling escalations and incident investigations (if required).
- Effective regular/ daily coordination with TCC.
- Maintain accurate records of QRT activity, incidents, and resolutions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to transport issues and QRT interventions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of transport processes, risk mitigation plans, and policy enforcement.
- Train QRT members in handling emergencies, use of communication tools, and soft skills for interacting with employees.
- Schedule and supervise QRT team shifts to ensure adequate coverage at all times.

Key Skills Qualifications

- Minimum 5 6 years of experience in employee transport, security, or facilities management, preferably in a BPO, ITES, or corporate environment.
- Proven experience in handling transport emergencies and team leadership.
- Familiarity with GPS tracking systems, transport software, and incident management tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of local transport laws, safety protocols, and emergency response procedures.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Background in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus.

Preferred Certifications (if any)

- First Aid CPR Training
- Defensive Driving or Transport Safety Certification
- Incident Management or Emergency Response Training
