About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Tester to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing web and mobile applications, identifying bugs, and ensuring that all software products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and analyse system specifications and requirements.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases (manual and automated).
- Identify, document, and track bugs or defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
- Conduct regression, functional, integration, and performance testing.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand product features and functionalities.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before deployment.
- Participate in QA process improvement and automation framework enhancement.




- Prepare detailed test reports and communicate results to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5–6 years of proven experience in software testing.
- Hands-on experience with manual testing and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter, Cypress).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
- Experience with API testing and database testing (SQL).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Positive to Have:

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Basic understanding of programming/scripting languages (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Experience testing mobile applications (Android/iOS)
